The Fairy Rescue Service is a clean-up option for accidents involving bodily fluids. This includes vomit, urine, or other messes. Because these require deeper sanitation and extra steps, there is a $25 fee per affected car seat included in the total price.

Manufacturer manual is followed to ensure everything is cleaned safely and correctly. I only remove parts that the manual allows and will always reassemble the seat according to those guidelines. Your child’s safety is top priority, so I will never alter or adjust anything outside of what the manufacturer recommends. Note: Harness belts and buckles will not be removed.

Please remove any personal items, toys, or accessories from the seat or stroller. All items should be placed outside and ready for porch pickup only, ensuring a smooth experience. The Fairy will handle the rest!

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the spot to another family. Your money will be refunded to you within 24 hours.

Depending on availability, I will always do my best to provide an overnight turnaround. If you choose same day service, I will have your items back in your hands as quickly as possible.
